Forging a Storehouse of Knowledge

Preserving the Rich History of Motorsports.

The Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum's Research Library began as a tool to aid in the restoration of the motorcycle collection. The library has become a respected resource, containing more than 8,000 books as well as back issues of over 380 different vehicle magazines, parts catalogs, service manuals, photographs, and videos.

All of the race records of the Barber Racing Team are stored in the library, as well as the trophies and photos of the team at work. All books and magazines are available to the museum staff for reference, providing an invaluable asset for complex tasks. Although the library is not open to the public, staff members are continually assisting in outside research. For questions about the museum's research library, email us.
