The 880-acre Barber Motorsports Park, in Birmingham, Alabama, features the world renowned Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, as well as a vehicle proving ground, support facilities for promoter-conducted events, and more. Combining the excitement of the activities in the park with the splendor of nature, Barber Motorsports Park is a favorite destination for motorsports fans and outdoors enthusiasts alike.

Located in the park behind the Barber Museum is a challenging 2.38-mile (3.83 km), 16-turn road course, which is used by the museum to test and demonstrate historic vehicles. There are pedestrian bridges in the park, leading out from the museum over the road course and into the infield. When the road course is not in use by the Barber Museum, Zoom Motorsports, LLC, provides on-track entertainment including the Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix, and, as the event promoter for the park, they host numerous professional motorcycle and vehicle racing events as well.

Since the inception of Barber Motorsports Park in 2003, the Porsche Track Experience has called the park home and made it the location of North America’s only Official Porsche driving school. The park and all that it encompasses is exceptional. In fact, in 2013, Jolopnik named Barber Motorsports Park one of the “10 Prettiest Racetracks in the World” for reasons including its natural terrain road course with elevation changes, safety considerations, and art.
